Chakra chart for beginners

The body has seven major chakras, each with its own colour, vibration, and meaning. They are:

  1. Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is associated with grounding, stability, and survival.
  2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located just below the navel, this chakra is associated with creativity, sensuality, and emotional balance.
  3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the abdomen, this chakra is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-esteem.
  4. Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located in the centre of the chest, this chakra is associated with love, compassion, and connection.
  5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat, this chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, and authenticity.
  6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located in the centre of the forehead, this chakra is associated with intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness.
  7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head, this chakra is associated with spiritual connection, enlightenment, and transcendence.

The practice of chakra meditation aims to balance and activate these energy centres, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
